Certified Athletic Trainer | TBI Rehab Specialist

Carlos completed his Bachelor’s degree at Washington State University in 2023, followed by his Master’s degree in Athletic Training in 2024.

At TBI Diagnostic Center, Carlos focuses on patient-specific goals when developing rehabilitation protocols. He prioritizes shared decision-making with his patients to support meaningful and individualized outcomes.

Carlos holds active licensure in Washington and is based at the Kennewick Clinic. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is available both in person and via telehealth.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his wife, newborn, and their two cats.
