Holly Hartley, MAT, LAT, ATC

Certified Athletic Trainer | TBI Rehab Specialist

Holly earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine in 2010, followed by her Master’s degree in Athletic Training from California Baptist University in 2015.

Holly has a passion for dance that began at the age of three and led to a professional ballet career spanning more than 20 years. As a senior in high school, she was diagnosed with a benign bone tumor that temporarily prevented her from walking and introduced her to physical

therapy, ultimately inspiring her career in athletic training. While completing her Master’s degree, Holly earned a prestigious internship at NYU Langone Hospital’s Harkness Center for Dance Injuries. After graduating, she worked as a touring athletic trainer for a competitive drum and bugle corps, assessing and treating dancers and musicians across venues nationwide, including nearly every NFL stadium. With a background rooted in performance and professional athletics, Holly later opened an injury prevention clinic at her alma mater to support dance majors and has also worked with post-operative patients, individuals with chronic pain, professional basketball athletes, and in stem cell research settings.

After relocating from California to Seattle during the COVID-19 pandemic, Holly joined TBI Diagnostic Center. She utilizes a personalized rehabilitation approach incorporating Neuro-Somatic Recovery, focusing on retraining neural pathways while helping the nervous

system regulate and feel safe following traumatic brain injury.

Holly holds active licensure in both Washington and California and is based at the Tukwila Clinic. She is available both in person and via telehealth.

Outside of the clinic, Holly enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest as much as possible.
