Luis Rojas Celis earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology in 2025 and his Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2026 from Pacific University. His interest in athletic training began after suffering a meniscal tear during his sophomore year of college, which immersed him in the rehabilitation process under the guidance of an athletic trainer. Through his experience working in both high school and collegiate sports medicine, Luis developed a passion for concussion assessment and care.

Since joining TBI Diagnostic Center, Luis has taken an evidence-informed, patient-centered approach to the assessment of traumatic brain injuries. His clinical focus includes utilizing specialized technology to assist in the detection and evaluation of traumatic brain injuries.

Luis maintains an active license in Washington and is available to serve patients at the Tacoma, Tukwila, and Vancouver locations.

Outside of the clinic, Luis enjoys watching films and television series, as well as playing soccer, basketball, and football.
